I love yoga. I try to get in at least a short session a few times a week. Any yoga is better than no yoga, but I do love a 90 minute class. I love clearing my mind of all thoughts except the present, moving with your breath, and maybe even learning a little bit more about yourself during a practice. I always leave with peacefulness, calmness and less stress than I arrived with. My body thanks my brain every time. And oh, the shavasana....I really think every workout should end with one.
